HYDERABAD: Former minister and MLA P Sabitha Indra Reddy strongly criticised Minister Konda Surekha for making unfounded allegations against BRS Working President K Taraka Rama Rao.
Sabitha Indira Reddy expressed her displeasure, stating that such irresponsible remarks were unfortunate, especially coming from someone in a responsible position.
Responding on the social media platform X, Sabitha Indra Reddy questioned whether Konda Surekha had considered the impact of her allegations on KTR's family members, including his mother, wife, daughter, and sister. She reminded Surekha that they too are women, and as a fellow woman, Surekha should have thought carefully before making such accusations.
Sabitha further stressed that respect must be mutual and that Konda Surekha's statements against KTR were objectionable. She advised against making personal allegations in politics, highlighting that it is important to focus on systemic issues and strive to set an example for society.
