SC, ST, BC, minority declarations will be implemented along with six guarantees: Shabbir Ali

HYDERABAD: Advisor to Government Mohammad Ali Shabbir has said that the Congress Government in the State is committed to implementing all the SC, ST, BC, and minority declarations along with the six guarantees within a hundred days of coming to power.

Shabbir Ali who had reviewed the status of the implementation and possible budgetary allocations along with the chairpersons of the four commissions in Gandhi Bhavan said that these four sections constitute 85 percent of Telangana’s population.

“The grand old party takes its poll time promises very seriously and this meeting today will lay the foundation for the implementation of the declarations released by AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Karnataka CM Siddaramiah, and senior leader Salman Khurshid,” Shabbir Ali said.

He added that he would sit with the secretaries of the departments concerned within a couple of days after taking charge at the State Secretariat. “I need to ascertain whether the budgetary allocations match the promises made in the declarations,” he pointed out. He said that the review meetings would be attended by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
