Teacher hacked to death by unknown assailants in Khammam

KHAMMAM: A horrifying incident has come to light in Khammam district where a Government school teacher was brutally hacked to death by unidentified miscreants in Nayakangudem.

The deceased, identified as Maarozu Venkatachari (52), was working as a teacher in a Government school in Siripuram of Nadigudem mandal in Suryapet district. He was on his way to school in his car on Wednesday when assailants chased him on a motorcycle.

As he reached the outskirts of Nayakangudem village, Venkata Hari was brutally attacked and hacked to death by assailants.

Upon receiving information, the police reached the crime scene and registered a case. Investigation is currently on to determine the motive behind this tragic murder.
