Telangana Cabinet to meet ahead of budget presentation on July 25

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Cabinet will meet on July 25 to approve the annual budget for the financial year 2024-25.

The cabinet meeting, to be presided by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, will be held at 9 AM in the Assembly Committee Hall.

The budget session of the Telangana Legislative Assembly is set to commence on July 23, with Governor C P Radhakrishnan addressing both houses. The Legislative Council sessions will commence on July 25.

Meanwhile, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari met with senior officials from various departments on Saturday. She instructed them to promptly provide information to address all questions raised by the assembly members. Senior officials have been mandated to attend the budget sessions to ensure smooth coordination.
