Telangana Congress embrassed as three factions clash for MLA ticket in Wanaparthy

WANAPARTHY: Clashes broke out between three factions of Telangana Congress leaders during a Congress meeting in Wanaparthi on Wednesday. Followers of Chinna Reddy, Shiv Sena Reddy and Megha Reddy entered into a brawl during the meeting and wanted their leader to be announced as the MLA candidate, leaving the party seniors embarassed.

Initially, followers of the Youth Congress president Shiv Sena Reddy attacked Chinna Reddy's followers post which Shiv Sena left the meeting abruptly. Meanwhile, women present at the meeting expressed their anger towards newly joined Mandal Parishad President Megha Reddy, who defected from the BRS.

Saying that he couldn't deceive them as done with Minister Niranjan Reddy, the women questioned how Megha Reddy could ask for a ticket just four days after joining the party. Meanwhile, Chinna Reddy remained silent after indulging in clashes.
