Scrap TSPSC, pay one lakh as compensation
NSUI State resident B Venkat sought the Government to scrap the TSPSC and constitute a new commission in its place. “There was negligence written all over the way the exams were conducted, there were 248 additional OMR sheets and the biometrics were not taken, forcing the NSUI to move court,” he said.
Congress leader Harshavardhan demanded an inquiry into the whole issue and alleged that the Government had appointed a person who was involved in the 1994 DSC paper leakage case as a member of the service commission. Riyaz, another leader from the Congress, demanded the release of the student leaders who were arrested for protesting against the Government’s inability to conduct the Group 1 examinations.
