Chiranjeevi to present Laal Singh Chaddha in Telugu

After a gap of almost four years, Bollywood star Aamir Khan is coming up with his new film, Laal Singh Chaddha. It is an official adaptation of the 1994 Hollywood flick Forest Gump. Directed by Advaith Chandan, this film is slated for worldwide release on August 11. Meanwhile, Megastar Chiranjeevi has decided to be the presenter of this movie's Telugu version.

Chiru took to Twitter to announce the news this morning. "Feel very privileged to present the Telugu version of my dear friend #AamirKhan 's wonderful emotional roller coaster #LaalSinghChaddha. Our Telugu audiences are surely going to love him!" he tweeted.

Aamir hosted a special screening for Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad recently. Nagarjuna, SS Rajamouli, Sukumar and Naga Chaitanya also attended the screening. After watching the film, Chiru reportedly liked it immensely and decided to present the movie.

Laal Singh Chaddha features Kareena Kapoor Khan as the female lead. Naga Chaitanya plays a pivotal role in the film. Atul Kulkarni has adapted the screenplay according to Indian sensibilities. Pritam has composed the music for it. Viacom Studios, Paramount Pictures and Aamir Khan Productions have jointly produced the project.
