HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has ordered that all applications received for the six guarantees should be thoroughly reviewed and the schemes provided to eligible individuals.
A review meeting was held, along with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhattivikramarka, Ministers, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, and other high officials, at which the senior officials briefed the Chief Minister on the applications received.
The Chief Minister has instructed necessary steps to be taken to implement the assurances within 100 days. As part of this, a Cabinet sub-committee has been formed to expedite and transparently examine the applications and also come up with a plan to implement the six guarantees within 100 days.

Ministers Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy and Ponnam Prabhakar said at a media briefing that every promise made by the Congress party in the elections would be implemented without fail. The Ministers who revealed the details of the Chief Minister's review meeting at a press conference said that the six guarantees would be implemented and fulfilled within the specified deadline.
Meanwhile, 1.05 crore applications were received for six guarantee schemes in public administration, while another 20 lakh applications were received for other issues like ration cards and land. A total of 1.25 crore applications were being registered online, with data entry set to be completed by the end of this month. The applications could be linked to Aadhaar, voter card, or other family cards. The Cabinet sub-committee would collate and formulate procedures for these applications. The list of eligible candidates will be announced in the villages after the examination of the applications.

Minister Ponnam Prabhakar criticized opposition leaders for violating moral values and spreading false propaganda against the government. He also mentioned former minister KTR's comments about establishing WhatsApp universities and questioned his faith in democracy. Reacting to swedha patram released by former minister KTR, Ponnam asked them to disclose their assets as well. He said that the state was in debt and bankrupt during the previous government's nine and a half years in power.
The minister found fault with the opposition for provoking auto-rickshaw drivers to protest on the Mahalakshmi scheme, a free bus travel scheme, and asked them to act wise. He said the government would take action against former ministers if they don't stop spreading false news on the government.
