Telangana Governor Tamilisai’s “X” handle hacking traced to boutique in Mumbai

HYDERABAD: The investigation into the hacking of Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan’s “X” handle has been intensified.

The hacking had happened from Mumbai. The hacker used the wifi network of a boutique in Mumbai for hacking the account.

The Cyber Crime police identified the place of crime and network using technology working backwards to reach the source.

Though the police questioned the manager of the boutique, the details of the hacker could not be established.

The boutique has been closed for a few days. The Cyber Crime police are trying to track down the actual hacker.
