Siva Shankar Reddy is the accused number five while Gangi Reddy is accused number one in the case.

Investigation has revealed that Uday Kumar Reddy left his house early in the morning after informing his mother Shakuntala that Vivekananda Reddy had died.

Her neighbour said Uday Kumar Reddy knew about the death of Vivekananda Reddy in the morning at about 4 AM and

he left the house ealy in the morning.

In the remand report of Uday Kumar Keddy. the CBI said the former was found to be facilitating in the conspiracy for destruction of evidence at the crime scene. He was present at the house of Vivekananda Reddy and had facilitated in the destruction of scene of the crime.

The accused were present at the house of YRSCP MP YS Avinash Reddy. There were waiting for intimation so that they could immediately proceed to the crime scene in order to destroy the evidence as conveyed by Gangi Reddy, who is the prime accused in the case and others.

Investigation further revealed that after receiving inforimation, Siva Prakash Reddy made a call from his mobile phone to Avinash Reddy at his mobile phone and informed him about the death of Vivekananda Reddy.

Uday Kumar Reddy, Siva Shankar Reddy and Avinash Reddy along with others after entering in the house of Vivekananda Reddy had seen the blood present in the bedroom and đead body lying in pool of blood in the bathroom with visible gruesome injuries on the head.

Vivekananda Reddy's PA Raghava Reddy, made a call to Pulivendula Circle Inspector J. Shankaraiah and informed him that Vivekananda Reddy had died due to heart attack and heavy blood vomiting, which is present at bedroom and bathroom.

He further told Shankaraiah to send three to four constables for bandobast. It was evident that Avinash Reddy had called police only after seeing the body of Vivekananda Reddy and discussing the matter with Siva Shankar Reddy.

It indicates that a fake story of heart attack and blood vomiting was floated in a pre-meditated manner to give it a colour of natural death as a part of conspiracy.

Investigation revealed that while destruction of the scene of crime was going on, several persons visited the spot and some noticed that the bedroom was bolted from inside.

The police who visited the scene of crime and on seeing the dead body clearly observed that it was a case of murder and not a heart-attack.
