Harish Rao inspects Mahatma Gandhi statue works
KCR is expected to unveil the statue on October 2 coinciding with the 153rd birth anniversary of the father of the nation
SECUNDERABAD: The preparation works pertaining to the Mahatma Gandhi statue, which will be unveiled by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) in Padmarao Nagar of Secunderabad, are going on in full swing. Telangana Finance Minister Harish Rao, along with Telangana Minister for Animal Husbandry Srinivas Yadav, visited the site and personally monitored the progress of the works. The statue is being put up in front of the Gandhi Hospital.
KCR is expected to unveil the statue on October 2 coinciding with the 153rd birth anniversary of the father of the nation. Gandhi Hospital Superintendent Raja Rao, GHMC officials and other dignitaries accompanied Harish Rao during the latter's visit to the place on Wednesday.
