Kodali Nani drives APSRTC Palle Velugu bus around Gudivada streets

GUDIVADA: Former minister and YSRCP Gudivada MLA Kodali Nani on Wednesday evening took everyone by surprise when he personally drove a Palle Velugu bus of the APSRTC and showed his skills behind the wheel.
The rare event was witnessed after the MLA launched five buses hired for the corporation under the SME Standard of India scheme at Gudivada RTC bus depot. The MLA, on the occasion, drove one of the buses around the streets, much to the surprise of the party leaders and RTC officials. The video of Kodali Nani displaying his driving skills has since been going viral on social media.
Speaking on the occasion, Kodali Nani showered praises on Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy for giving ample importance for the welfare of Dalit communities. He said that he was happy about the hired buses being granted under the SME Standard of India scheme. Stating that he was overwhelmed to launch the buses that would be run by Dalit brothers, Kodali Nani said that many welfare schemes were being implemented for the people of all communities.
The hired APSRTC buses will shuttle between Gudivada-Bantumilli-Kaikaluru.
