KTR challenges Revanth to resign as CM, MLA to fight him in Malkajgiri Lok Sabha seat
The challenge is a response to Revanth Reddy's outburst where he asked KTR to prove his masculinity by winning atleast one seat in the upcoming general elections.
HYDERABAD: BRS working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) has challenged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to contest for the Malkajgiri Lok Sabha seat.
The challenge is a response to Revanth Reddy's outburst in the Chevella public meeting earlier this week where he asked KTR to prove his masculinity by winning atleast one seat in the upcoming general elections.

Interacting with the media on Thursday, KTR said, "I will resign as an MLA from Sircilla and you resign as a Chief Minister and from your Kodangal seat too. Don’t play safe, let’s resign and find out. Let us both contest for the Malkajgiri MP seat which is your sitting seat."
Condemning the language used by Revanth Reddy, KTR said, "Even I challenge him to prove his masculinity by asking him to implement his pre-poll promises of farm loan waivers, Rythu Bharosa and depositing Rs 2,000 in every women's account under Mahalaxmi scheme.
"But I will challenge his statement that the BRS won't even win one seat. Let's fight it out one-on-one in Malkajgiri. Do you even know how many of your MLAs and corporators won in Malkajgiri? If he is brave enough, let us slug it out," KTR dared.
