HYDERABAD: A beleaguered farmer called Mallaiah of Mushampalli village in Nalgonda district requested a traveler to shoot his video and send it to his favorite leader and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao so that he could listen to him. Pothagoni Goutham Goud shot the small video on his mobile and posted it on X.

"During a leisure trip of mine, I faced a heartbreaking incident yesterday. A farmer named Malliah from Mushampalli village in Nalgonda district asked me to personally record a video of him and send it to KCR," Goutham said.

Former Minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao watched it and was moved by the innocent but candid message of a distraught farmer unable to bear a crisis brought upon him by the present Government.

"This is a video message that touched my heart. I will visit Mushampalli village personally and meet Mallaiah Garu and also “Borewell Ram Reddy Garu” soon, KTR said taking to X on Tuesday.

"You must win KCR, If you win we will have something to eat. Otherwise, we die. There is no water to grow crops, and there is nothing to eat. KCR sir we need you. Please come wherever you are. I am waiting for you, note my name is Mallaiah of Mushampalli,” he said.

“We had stomachs full of rice only after you came. When you are there there is prosperity. Now cattle are grazing on the dried crops. I feel like committing suicide by consuming pesticides. My son died, I have grandchildren I need to take care of," the old man said

He promised KCR that he would bring ten more people to vote for KCR and said that KCR should come back. "I am telling you, you must come back. I dont have ‘Rytu bandhu’. Today I am neck deep in loans, my crop dried up, no one to feed us. Please tell me wherever you are, call me and I will come. I will come to Delhi if you are there," the bespectacled farmer Mallaiah said.
