HYDERABAD: Tollywood actor Navdeep Pallapolu on Saturday appeared before the Telangana State Anti-Narcotics Bureau (TSNAB) officials at Central Crime Station (CCS) in Basheerbagh, regarding the Gudimalkapur drugs case in Hyderabad.
On September 21, the TSNAB officials had issued a 41A notice to Navdeep and asked him to report for an inquiry. The Gudimalkapur police were already inquiring about Navadeep’s relationship with drug supplier Ram Chand.
Based on the statement given by Ram Chand, the TSNAB officials were investigating the case. The police identified Navdeep as Accused number 29 in the Gudimalkapur drugs case. During the investigation, it was revealed that Navdeep was in contact with the drug peddlers arrested on September 14. The police are likely to grill Navdeep with around 20 questions about his source for drug purchase.
