Recalling his first meeting with the collectors on December 24, 2023, Revanth Reddy reiterated his directive to identify genuine beneficiaries of welfare schemes through direct public interaction and applications received through public administration. He highlighted the transparent transfer of collectors after the election code, emphasising that they are the "eyes and ears" of the government.

"Your decisions should have a humane touch, ensuring the well-being of the people," Revanth Reddy stated. He urged the collectors to leave a lasting impact on the common people, drawing inspiration from the legacies of individuals like Shankar and Sridhar, who are fondly remembered for their service.

Emphasising the importance of fieldwork, Revanth Reddy encouraged Collectors to venture beyond their air-conditioned offices and understand the ground realities. "Find out what people think on the ground," he urged. "You will also not be satisfied if you are limited to only AC rooms." He reminded them that every action should reflect the values of a "people's government."

"In this public government, transparent public welfare governance should be provided," Revanth Reddy asserted. He highlighted the government's commitment to education and stated that Rs 85,000 is being spent per student every month. He stressed the need to safeguard the education system and ensure the smooth functioning of government schools and hospitals, urging collectors to take responsibility for their monitoring.

He urged collectors to strive for such recognition from the public. "Even if the collectors are transferred, your work should get such a response from the people," he said.
