Man brutally murdered in Chandanagar
A centering contractor from Chandanagar was found murdered at his residence; police begin probe.
HYDERABAD: A brutal murder occurred in the Chandanagar police station limits on Tuesday night, where a 37-year-old centering contractor, Tanneeru Malyaadri, was killed at his residence.
Malyaadri, originally from Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh, lived with his wife and children in Taranagar, Serilingampally. His family had traveled to their native village for a relative's wedding, leaving Malyaadri alone at home.
Local reports suggest that unidentified individuals attacked Malyaadri, inflicting severe injuries on his private parts, leading to his death. Upon receiving information, police arrived at the scene, accompanied by a clues team to gather evidence. Empty liquor bottles were found at the site, raising suspicions that an altercation might have occurred under the influence of alcohol.
Police are also exploring other possible motives for the murder. Malyaadri's body has been sent to Gandhi Hospital for a post-mortem examination. A case has been registered, and investigations are ongoing to determine the full details surrounding the incident.
