HYDRAA issues notices to Jayabheri constructions

HYDERABAD: After demolishing several allegedly illegal constructions, including N Convention owned by actor Nagarjuna, the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has now issued notices to the prominent real estate developer Jayabheri.

Officials ordered Jayabheri Constructions to remove structures built within the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zones of Rangalal Kunta Lake in the Financial District. HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath, while inspecting the Baagirathamma Lake, directed a full investigation into the dumping of construction waste in the lake’s FTL and buffer zone.

The commissioner further announced that a comprehensive review meeting would be held within the next 15 days to assess the situation and plan further action.
