ECI calls upon voters to come to polling booths, celebrate festival of democracy
While Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will cast his vote in his native village Chintamadaka, BRS working president and IT Minister KT Rama Rao will cast his vote in Nandinagar, Khairatabad.
HYDERABAD: Chief Election Commissioner of India Rajiv Kumar called upon the voters of Telangana to visit their assigned polling booths and cast their votes on Thursday.
In a video message, he greeted the voters on the eve of elections to the Telangana State Assembly and said that all voters including urban, rural, women, youth, senior citizens, and transgenders should utilise their franchise on Thursday.
While Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will cast his vote in his native village Chintamadaka, BRS working president and IT Minister KT Rama Rao will cast his votein Nandinagar, Khairatabad.
Vikas Raj, Chief Elector Officer will cast his vote along with his family in SR Nagar and Chief Secretary Santhi Kumar will cast her vote at Prashasan Nagar. Union Minister and BJP State president G Kishan Reddy will cast his vote in Barkatpura.
