KCR recuperating, begins walking with help of stick

HYDERABAD: Former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) is gaining strength and started walking with the help of a walker under the careful watch of a physiotherapist.

Taking to X, Rajya Sabha Member Joginapally Santosh Kumar posted a video of KCR carefully walking step by step with confidence. “With every step, he is reclaiming strength, guided by determination and a trusty stick. It's only a matter of time before he walks freely again,” he said.

KCR underwent total hip replacement surgery at the Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad on December 8, 2023, after he slipped and fell down in a bathroom. He was discharged from the hospital after 10 days.
