KTR promises job to Pravallika's brother, assures justice to family
KTR has assured that justice will be delivered for Pravallika's family and the culprit will be brought to book
HYDERABAD: BRS Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) has assured that justice will be delivered for Pravallika's family and the culprit will be brought to book.
Marri Pravallika, a 23-year-old girl from Warangal, died by suicide in a hostel in Chikkadapally on October 13, due to torture by boyfriend.
Pravallika’s mother Marri Vijaya, father Marri Linganna, and brother Marri Pranay met KTR in Hyderabad on Wednesday. KTR said that apart from ensuring justice, Pravallika’s brother Pranay would be given a Government job and the party would financially support them.
After the meeting Pranay said that KTR spoke to Telangana DGP Anjani Kumar and enquired about the case's progress and also assured to stand by their family.
Later, KTR also came down heavily on the Congress and the BJP for politicising the suicide of Pravallika during his Praja Ashirvada Sabha held at Karimnagar.
