Resting tigers on road send chills down spines of villagers in Adilabad dt

ADILABAD: Fear gripped villagers of Tamsi in Bhimpur Mandal of Adilabad district on Wednesday morning after tigers were spotted by the side of a busy road. A video recorded by one of the vehicle-users on his smartphone clearly showed a tiger along with one of its cubs. The video is being widely circulated on social media.

In the video, the tigers were spotted resting on the side of the road. Reportedly, there were three to four tigers sighted on the road.

In the recent past, cattle in the adjoining villages have come under attack from wild animals. As the tigers are frequently straying into the human habitats, officials advised the locals and farmers to take necessary precautions.
