NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted a four-week bail to Magunta Raghava Reddy aka Raghu, an accused in the Delhi liquor policy scam and the son of YSRCP MP from Ongole, Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy. The accused was granted bail by the Court considering his ill health.

However, the Enforcement Director (ED) did not oppose granting bail to the accused in the liquor scam this time.

It may be recalled that on June 9, 2023, the Supreme Court modified the Delhi High Court order, and reduced the interim bail for Raghava Reddy from 15 days to five days. Earlier, the Delhi High Court vacation bench gave Raghava Reddy 15 days of interim bail.

Meanwhile, Dinesh Arora, the Delhi businessman allegedly a close associate of Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia and an accused in the liquor scam might turn into an approver in the case.
