Vijayendra Prasad's web series on RSS

Vijayendra Prasad is also a noted personality in South as well as Bollywood. He has penned scripts for movies like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which became a blockbuster at the box office. He is also a director in Telugu who made two films but both of them have become flops. Now, the buzz is that he is trying to test his luck again as a director.

Despite his collaborations with son Rajamouli faring well at the ticket windows, the veteran writer failed to attract the crowds with his directorial skills. But now, he seems to be coming up with an interesting film as a director, which will be made in Telugu.

On the other hand, he is also venturing into the OTT. Vijayendra Prasad is reportedly working on a script that will revolve around the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS).

At the launch of the book 'The Hindutva Paradigm' written by RSS National Federation member Ram Madhav, the legendary writer has opened up on the same. Vijayendra Prasad revealed that the series which is being planned on RSS will be made on a large scale with a budget of over 100 Cr rupees.

The reports say that the series will explore the origins and achievements of the RSS since its inception. The complete details of the project along with the official announcement will be out soon.
