HYDERABAD: Traffic police in Hyderabad seized the belongings of over a hundred footpath vendors near ITC Kohinoor Hotel. According to the affected vendors, the police confiscated their goods without issuing any prior notice or warning. The vendors alleged that they were not given an explanation for the action and claimed they were unaware of any violations.

Protesting the police action, vendors gathered at the site, demanding justice for the sudden seizure. A spokesperson for the group asked why they didn’t get the same consideration as Kumari Aunty.
