Unidentified assailants murder youth in Domalguda area

HYDERABAD: A young man was murdered by unidentified assailants in Domalguda police station limits in Hyderabad.

The victim, identified as Bashir (30), was found lying in a pool of blood in Maruthi Nagar, located behind the Goshala near Lower Tank Bund, late on Saturday night.

The incident was reported by residents, who discovered Bashir's body around midnight. Upon receiving the information, Chikkadpally ACP Mogulaiah and CI Srinivas Reddy arrived at the scene to conduct a preliminary inspection. A forensics team was called in to gather evidence, and the body was subsequently sent to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem examination.

CI Srinivas Reddy confirmed that a case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to identify the culprits. Authorities are examining possible leads and collecting witness statements to solve the case.
