HYDERABAD: Several celebrities including Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and Chiranjeevi stepped out early on Thursday in Hyderabad to cast their votes for the Telangana Election 2023.
Allu Arjun visited a polling booth booth in Jubilee Hills to cast his vote. The 'Pushpa' star was spotted standing in a queue at the booth. Allu Arjun later posted his photo showcasing his inked ginger on social media and urged people to cast their votes responsibly.
RRR star Jr NTR was spotted as a polling booth too with his wife Lakshmi Pranathi and mother Shalini Nandamuri. Megastar Chiranjeevi too was also papped at a polling booth with his family.
Oscar-winning music composer and Padma Shri awardee MM Keeravani also cast his vote and urged everyone to do the same.
“Everyone should utilise their voting power. This is not a holiday,” he said while speaking to media as he stepped out of a polling booth.
Meanwhile, filmmaker SS Rajamouli took to the microblogging site 'X' to drop a selfie with his wife Rama Rajamouli after casting their vote. In the photo, the couple was seen flaunting the electoral ink on their forefinger. “We did? DID YOU? Be a proud voter,” Rajamouli wrote in the caption.
