HYDERABAD: An Indian Air Force helicopter made an emergency landing in Nalgonda district, causing a brief stir among the locals.
The helicopter landed in an agricultural field near Vanipakala village, on the outskirts of Chityala town. The sudden landing left the local residents confused and concerned.
The helicopter had been part of relief operations in Vijayawada to assist flood-affected areas after flying from Jaipur last week. While returning to Jaipur after completing the relief operations, a technical fault forced the pilot to make an emergency landing.
The pilot, along with two other crew members on board, safely exited the helicopter, and no injuries were reported. The incident brought relief to both the crew and onlookers as there was no further damage or danger.
