The tribal woman has been receiving medical care for her injuries. The leaders expressed their support to the victim and her family during the visit, assuring them of further assistance from the government if needed.

Speaking to media persons later, Harish Rao expressed deep concern over the rising crime rates. "Every day, there are at least two murders and four rapes. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who also handles the Home Department, has completely failed to control law and order," he said. He added, "The Chief Minister has failed to manage disaster relief during floods, loan waivers, and the education system. He seems more focused on harassing the opposition with false cases, while governance is neglected."

Sabitha Indra Reddy echoed these sentiments, highlighting the increasing violence against women. "In the past eight months, over 1,800 cases of rapes and atrocities have occurred. This government treats women with indifference, and despite the rising violence, the Chief Minister doesn’t even have time to respond," she remarked.
