BRS nominates Kadiyam Srihari’s daughter Kavya for Warangal LS, Kasani Gnaneshwar for Chevella
The announcement came after the BRS president reviewed the Warangal LS constituency with the leaders concerned at his Nandinagar residence on Wednesday.
HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief K Chandrashekar Rao nominated Dr Kadiyam Kavya, daughter of former Minister Kadiyam Srihari for Warangal (SC) and Kasani Gnaneshwar Mudiraj for Chevella Lok Sabha Constituencies.
The announcement came after the BRS president reviewed the Warangal LS constituency with the leaders concerned at his Nandinagar residence here on Wednesday.
Dr Kavya, daughter of BRS Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari had an MD in Pathology. Hailing from Warangal, Dr. Kavya was inspired by her father's political legacy. She aspired to serve as a voice for the people, blending local insight with a forward-thinking vision for progress.

Kasani Gnaneshwar Mudiraj was born on August 19, 1954. He was a Member of the Legislative Council, from 2007 to 2011. He resigned from TDP in August 2007 and launched the Mana Party. After a brief stint in Praja Rajyam Party, he returned to TDP.
In 2022, he again joined back into the Telugu Desam Party and was appointed as the president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Telangana. After Nara Chandrababu Naidu decided not to contest the 2023 Assembly elections, he quit TDP and joined BRS
