TIRUPATI: A 19-year-old cancer patient, Kaushik, from Andhra Pradesh has expressed his final wish: to live long enough to watch Jr NTR’s upcoming film 'Devara'.

Kaushik, who has been suffering from bone cancer for a while, is an ardent fan of Jr NTR. His parents revealed that he wishes to watch the movie before he passes away.

In an emotional press conference at the Tirupati Press Club, Kaushik’s mother shared her son’s last request. "Since childhood, my son has been a huge fan of Jr NTR. Now, his final wish is to watch 'Devara'. Doctors have told us that my son won't live much longer, but he’s asking us to help him survive until the movie’s release. That's his last wish," she tearfully said.

Kaushik’s parents, Srinivasulu and Saraswati, have been doing everything they can to fulfil his request. They said their son has been battling blood cancer since 2022 and is currently undergoing treatment at Kidwai Hospital in Bengaluru. The treatment costs over Rs 60 lakh, and the family is seeking help from the government and donors to cover these expenses.

The heart-wrenching story has gone viral on social media, with fans tagging Jr NTR and urging him to fulfil Kaushik’s final wish. Many believe that Jr NTR, known for caring about his fans, will respond to this emotional plea.

Kaushik’s parents continue to hope that their son's wish will come true before it’s too late.
