Congress PAC discusses blueprint for 2024 Parliament elections, delivering six guarantees

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) held it's first
Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting at the Gandhi Bhavan on Monday after coming to power in the State.
The meeting chaired by AICC incharge Manik Rao Thackeray was attended by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, TPCC convener Shabbir Ali, senior Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao among others. The focus of the PAC meeting was to discuss preparations for the upcoming 2024 Parliamentary elections. Discussions were also held on the vacant MLC posts, filling up of nominated posts and vacant District Congress Committee posts in the State.
Discussions were also held on the implementation of six guarantees promised by the Congress in Telangana.
Meanwhile, Bhadrachalam Congress candidate Podem Veeraiah, who lost the Assembly elections, appealed to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to recommend his name as an MLC and thereafter as a Minister in his Cabinet.
