Five Africans were arrested, to be deported

The Narcotic Enforcement Wing arrested five foreign nationals in Banjara Hills here for staying illegally following the expiry of their visa. They belong to Nigeria and Ivory Coast in Africa.

HYDERABAD: The Narcotic Enforcement Wing arrested five foreign nationals in Banjara Hills here for staying illegally following the expiry of their visa. They belong to Nigeria and Ivory Coast in Africa.

According to the police, Ugwu Antony (38), Kone Moussa (34), Asseu William (33), Obiora Peter Chukwuemeka (30),UmeojiraChukwudaluKinglsey (29) were staying illegally in Hyderabad and were involved in illegal activities. Their documents have been seized and will be deported to their native countries.

Accordingly, a requisition was forwarded to FRRO, Hyderabad, to deport them to their native countries. Their temporary travel documents were collected from their respective embassies at Delhi and are being deported to their native countries.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri Chakravarthy Gummi, Dy. Commissioner of Police,Hyderabad-Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW).
