HYDERABAD: Former Telangana minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar has filed a defamation case for Rs. 10 crore against a news reporter. According to reports, the former BRS minister issued a legal notice to the owner of Amma News Channel and Khammam district reporter Mokhand Upender.
The reporter has received a defamation notice demanding Rs. 10 crore due to broadcasting 'Puvvada Boothu Puranam,' which allegedly targeted Puvvada Ajay's party leaders using deepfake audio, potentially harming his reputation.
