HYDERABAD: In a complete departure from the conventional decorum expected from a person holding the coveted office of the Chief Minister, Telangana Chief Minister stooped too low while commenting on the Opposition and Leader of the Opposition KCR.

Revanth Reddy on Wednesday set a new below par standard in political vituperative, igniting a possible war of nastiest commentary and barbs between the ruling and opposition parties. He used unprintable language against KCR which NewsTAP decided not to publish.

During the meeting in Mahabubnagar, Revanth expressed satisfaction with the Congress rule. He warned the Central Government of severe repercussions if they failed to provide requested funds.

In a paradox of statements in quick succession, Revanth Reddy vowed to fight against Modi or anyone else; and in the same breath, he said that a confrontational attitude between the Central and State Governments was detrimental to people's interests. So, what’s paramount to him? Fighting with PM or protecting the people’s interests? Only one can prevail.

Revanth Reddy criticised the previous BRS Government accusing them of plundering Telangana over the past decade. He questioned KCR's actions regarding water projects in Gadwal and industrial development in Palamuru. Highlighting the imminent implementation of the Indiramma House Scheme, he urged support from the people for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, promising a referendum on their ninety-day rule.

Revanth Reddy asserted that the Congress would be the ruling party in Telangana from 2024 to 2034, vowing to bring significant changes in the State's Governance.
