Harish urges cadres not to feel disappointed, says future belongs to BRS
Addressing the party cadre in Medak town, Harish Rao highlighted the achievements of the BRS Government.
MEDAK: Former Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Siddipet MLA Harish Rao thanked the BRS activists for their hard work during the recent Assembly elections and assured them that he would work for victory in the local body elections. He said there was no need to worry and assured them that the future belonged to the BRS.
Addressing the party cadre in Medak town on Wednesday, Harish Rao highlighted the achievements of the BRS Government, stating that it had provided 20 hours of electricity as acknowledged by the Congress leaders in the Assembly.
He mentioned the development initiatives undertaken by the BRS, such as bringing Godavari water to Hyderabad, providing Singur water to Medak district, and improving irrigation through projects like Kaleshwaram and reservoirs like Kondapochamma Sagar. He said that Congress never even built a check dam. He emphasised the trustworthiness of KCR and BRS.
Harish Rao pointed out that no Government scheme was ever stopped during their rule. He criticised the Congressmen for calling ‘Rythu Bima’ a scam in the Assembly and termed it a shameful act. He also mentioned his sacrifice of spending three days in Medak Jail for the cause of separate Telangana.
Highlighting the commitment of the BRS to Telangana, Harish Rao accused the Congress of coming to power through lies. Urging everyone to show their strength in the upcoming Parliament elections, he exuded confidence that Medak would elect a BRS candidate as an MP.
Harish Rao also mentioned the issue of fake news and slander against the BRS spreading on social media and assured everyone that any trouble they faced would be addressed promptly by the party leadership. He called upon the cadre to fight till the Congress fulfilled all its poll-time promises.
