HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRAA) submitted a report to the Telangana government detailing demolitions at 18 locations.

The report highlights the demolition of structures owned by notable individuals, including actor Nagarjuna, former Union Minister Pallam Raju, and others. Demolitions occurred in areas such as Lotus Pond, Mansoorabad, Banjara Hills, BJR Nagar, Gajularamaram, and Ameerpet. Properties belonging to Nagarjuna, Pallam Raju, Kaveri Seeds owner Bhasker Rao, and Sunil Reddy were among those demolished.

The report indicates that the demolitions were carried out due to alleged illegal constructions in these areas.

The agency's actions have sparked controversy, with some individuals, like Nagarjuna, contesting the legality of the demolitions and seeking legal recourse.
