KARIMNAGAR: Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy has accused the Congress government of tapping the phones of BRS MLAs and police officials.

Speaking at a press conference in Jammikunta in Karimnagar district, he questioned why the Karimnagar Commissioner of Police and the Manakondur CI held a teleconference while a meeting was taking place at the district minister's residence with the Manakondur MLA. He claimed this incident was proof of the Congress government's ongoing phone tapping.

Kaushik Reddy criticised the Congress for neglecting public issues and focusing instead on surveillance. He also called for a CBI inquiry into the alleged tapping of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay’s phones.

The BRS MLA also alleged that only 40% of farmers' loans have been waived so far. He demanded that crop loans up to Rs 2 lakh be waived for all farmers without any conditions.

Kaushik Reddy condemned the distribution of Chief Minister’s Relief Fund cheques to losing Congress candidates in various constituencies, calling it a disgrace. He noted that constituencies without Congress MLAs were being denied funds. He vowed legal action to secure funds and resolve public issues in these neglected areas.
