KCR, Kavitha console Prashanth Reddy's family after his mother's death

HYDERABAD: The funeral of State Roads and Buildings Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy's mother Manjulamma took place in his native village of Velpur in Nizamabad wherein Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) attended and consoled the family members of the Minister.

KCR arrived in Velpur in a special helicopter on Friday and paid floral tributes to Manjulamma's mortal remains. He consoled Prashanth Reddy and his family. The final procession of Manjulamma was held in the presence of thousands of people with Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Ministers Indrakaran Reddy, Niranjan Reddy, Srinivas Goud, Rajya Sabha Member Joginapalli Santosh, MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha along with several MLAs. BJP MP Dharmapuri Aravind and other leaders being present.
