KCR regularises 5,544 contract employees, Harish Rao thanks CM

HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) on the auspicious occasion of the inauguration of the new state secretariat on Sunday, signed on the first file regularising the services of 5,544 contract employees from 40 departments.

Finance and Health Minister Harish Rao, in a tweet, informed of this and thanked KCR for taking the decision to fulfill the long-awaited dream of the contract employees.

The Minister, in his tweets, showered praises on KCR and released the data of the departments where the employees will be regularised.

The government, according to the data, has decided to regularise 2,909 junior lecturers, 184 junior lecturers (vocational), 390 polytechnic lecturers, 270 degree college lecturers in the Education department, 131 attendants in the technical education department, 837 medical assistants, 179 lab technicians, 158 Pharmacists in the medical department and 230 Assistant Training Officers in the employments department.

In addition to the aforementioned posts, the State government has also issued given orders on the regularisation of the services of employees in various other departments.
