HYDERABAD: IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao (KTR)’s US tour continues to result in highly productive meetings with companies that have evinced keen interest to establish their centers in Telangana, expand existing capacities, or explore prospective collaborations.

During the meetings in Houston, USA the Minister pitched Telangana as an investment-friendly State and an ideal destination to set up operations of companies.

Rite Software’s Development Centre

The high-level team of US-based Rite Software, a leader in digital solutions provider in the ERP domain, met KTR and invited him to inaugurate their new development centre in Hyderabad on June 30, 2023.

This new development centre will provide employment opportunities for over 500 people this year and also establish collaborative partnerships with some of the esteemed academic institutions of Telangana.

During the meeting, representatives of Rite Software apprised the Minister of the firm's plans and their prospective expansion to Tier-II cities of Telangana like Warangal. Rite Software is considering starting a development centre in Warangal shortly.


Rave Gears

The leadership team from Texas-based 'Rave Gears' had a meeting with KTR and discussed prospective collaboration opportunities. Following the meeting, the company expressed interest in establishing a manufacturing plant in Telangana.

Tekgence

The delegation from Tekgence, a global supply chain, and digital solutions company, met the IT and Industries Minister and discussed prospective investment opportunities in Telangana. After the meeting, the company expressed its interest to set up an Advanced Technology Center (ATC) on product development and design thinking in Hyderabad.

Tekgence President, Lakshmi Yenigalla, and CEO, Raghu Kommaraju stated that the proposed new center would boost Tekgence's operations and play a crucial part in its growth.

Principal Secretary of IT and Industries Departments, Jayesh Ranjan, Special Secretary, Investment Promotion & NRI Affairs, E Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Director of Telangana Digital Media Wing, Konatham Dileep, Chief Relations Officer, Amarnath Reddy Atmakuri and Director, Aerospace, and Defence, Praveen PA were present at the meetings.
