KTR questions Bandi Sanjay's support for Revanth Reddy's CM post

HYDERABAD: BRS Working President K Taraka Rama Rao questioned BJP leader and Union Minister Bandi Sanjay's stance regarding Revanth Reddy’s Chief Ministerial prospects. KTR took to X (formerly Twitter) to raise concerns about Sanjay's apparent support for Revanth Reddy.

In his post, KTR rhetorically asked why Bandi Sanjay seemed so focused on safeguarding Revanth Reddy’s claim to the Chief Minister's chair. He questioned if the state was under Congress rule or functioning as an extension of a BJP-aligned government. The post, written with a tone of irony, included a remark, “Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab Kahani,” suggesting a surprising political relationship between the two leaders.

KTR's post was accompanied by a news clipping about Bandi Sanjay's recent comments, where he allegedly remarked on conspiracies within the Congress to remove Revanth Reddy from his position as CM candidate.

The exchange has stirred further debate in Telangana’s political circles, with KTR's post fuelling discussions on the nature of BJP-Congress relations in the state. Neither Bandi Sanjay nor Revanth Reddy have responded publicly to KTR's remarks.
