KTR tests positive for COVID-19 again

HYDERABAD: Telangana IT Minister and TRS Working President Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) on Tuesday tested positive for COVID-19. KTR himself revealed this on his Twitter handle on Tuesday evening. Incidentally, this is the second time that he has been afflicted with the disease. On April 23, 2021, he tested positive for COVID-19 for the first time.

In a tweet, KTR said that he got himself tested after developing symptoms and that the result came positive. Stating that he was isolating himself at home, he advised all those who interacted with him in the last few days to get themselves tested and take necessary precautions.

"Thought this was behind us but clearly it isn't

After developing symptoms, got tested for Covid & it's positive. Will be isolating at home

I request all who met with me over the last few days to kindly get tested & take precautions," his tweet read.
