KTR criticised the Congress government's oppressive actions and expressed admiration for the courage of BRS workers who resisted these pressures. He said, "The real strength of BRS lies in our committed cadre, which has once again proven itself." He further called for unity to protect Telangana's dignity, existence, and future.

The attack occurred when followers of Congress MLA Arekapudi Gandhi allegedly attacked Huzurabad MLA Kaushik Reddy, leading to violent incidents. KTR blamed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, claiming that the attack on Kaushik Reddy was orchestrated by him. He condemned the attack on Kaushik Reddy's home by Congress "goons", raising concerns about a conspiracy to kill the MLA. He questioned the state of law and order, saying that an attempt to murder an MLA in broad daylight showed serious lapses.

KTR also criticised the police for placing Kaushik Reddy under house arrest while allowing Gandhi’s followers to carry out the attack. He expressed concerns about Telangana turning into a hub of factionalism and violence. He accused the government of filing illegal cases and attempting to intimidate BRS members with threats and violence. KTR firmly stated that BRS would not be intimidated by such acts and demanded immediate arrests of those involved in the attack.

He highlighted that hundreds of rowdies, armed with stones and eggs, attacked Kaushik Reddy’s house, and KTR claimed that this was done with the government's and police's support. He expressed pity for CM Revanth Reddy, calling his actions foolish and misguided. KTR warned that attacking those who question the government was a return to oppressive politics, reminiscent of Indira Gandhi’s era.

KTR stressed that Congress's misdeeds would not be forgotten and warned that power is never permanent. He questioned how the police could restrict Kaushik Reddy to his home while allowing Gandhi to lead the attack. KTR affirmed that BRS and the people of Telangana stood with Kaushik Reddy. He called out Congress for its cowardly acts and said these would not shake the determination of the BRS workers.

He challenged CM Revanth Reddy, saying, “Call our party’s fight by whatever name you like. We will protect every inch of Telangana from Congress’s corrupt and immoral rule.” He added that Revanth Reddy’s reckless actions were only strengthening BRS’s resolve.
