KTR’s legal notices to Revanth Reddy, Bandi Sanjay over TSPSC issue
KTR came down heavily on Revanth Reddy and Sanjay for making baseless and false allegations about the Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC)
HYDERABAD: Launching a scathing attack on TPCC president A Revanth Reddy and Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar for weaving conspiracy theories over the TSPSC paper leakage issue, IT Minister K T Rama Rao on Thursday said that he was sending legal notices to both leaders.
KTR came down heavily on Revanth Reddy and Sanjay for making baseless and false allegations about the Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC).
KTR said that legal notices were being sent to both of them for conspiring to discredit the government by dragging his name into the TSPSC issue with malicious intent.
"Dragging the Telangana government and me into this matter without understanding the autonomous nature of the constitutional body, the Public Service Commission, proves their ignorance," KTR said. He warned that he would not tolerate such petty attempts to defame him.
KTR reminded that Revanth and Sanjay had already exposed their shallowness by way of their absurd statements. Revanth Reddy had alleged that there was a vaccine scam worth crores of rupees during Covid pandemic. He had also alleged that the old secretariat was demolished for Nizam's jewels worth thousands of crores.
Bandi Sanjay had made meaningless remarks such as “digging up places of worship” and compensating 'vehicle for vehicle' during the Hyderabad floods.
"Under the leadership of these two leaders, the Congress and the BJP have become directionless in the State," KTR pointed out.
He said that the the BJP and the Congress were hatching a deep-rooted conspiracy to stall the entire recruitment process.
KTR said that both Bandi Sanjay and Revanth Reddy had earlier described the Telangana Government's job notifications as farcical. Their call to youths to set aside their preparation and get into politics reflected the deceitful nature of these leaders.
"It is deplorable that these leaders are making adverse attempts to damage the self-esteem of the youth by linking unrelated death incidents to the TSPSC issue," the minister said.
KTR appealed to the youth of the state to focus on the preparation for their competitive exams and not fall into the trap of these leaders. KTR remarked that TSPSC had already initiated corrective measures and would conduct future examinations more strictly.
