WARANGAL: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a clarion call to people of Telangana to elevate BJP Government in the State this time. He came up with a slogan - ‘Ab ki baar, BJP Sarkar’.

Modi began his speech in Telugu by praising Goddesses Bhadrakali, Sammakka, Saralamma and Rani Rudrama and said: "The BJP showed a trailer of its strength in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections in 2021. Now the BRS and the Congress will be eliminated in the upcoming Assembly elections.”

Taking potshots at the K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) Government, Modi said, "The BRS is the most corrupt regime. This government has done only four things so far-abusing Modi from morning to evening, benefitting only one (KCR's) family, destroying Telangana’s economic progress and drowning the the state in corruption.

"KCR Government is so corrupt that it has now spread to Delhi. In the past, we used to hear about developmental agreements between states. But now, the two governments have agreed to indulge in corruption,” the Prime Minister said referring to BRS MLC K Kavitha’s alleged role in the Delhi Excise policy scam where several Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders are in currently lodged in jail.

Mentioning about the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) paper leak case, Modi said, "They (BRS) promised to give jobs but lakhs of youth are victims of their lies. Today there are 15,000 vacancies for teachers in schools and 3,000 vacancies in universities here. Is't this breaching the trust of people?"

Stating that people of Telangana had now decided to go for "Ab ki baar, BJP Sarkar," in the upcoming Assembly Elections, Modi concluded, "Both the Congress and the BRS are dangerous for Telangana. You have to be wary of their diversionary tactics. This government has broken the trust of people here."
