Musi tributary Esi in full flow in Chevella mandal

HYDERABAD: Many streams and rivulets in Chevella mandal of Telangana are in full flow following heavy rains in the upper parts of Vikarabad district since Monday.

The rains also meant increased inflows into the Esi rivulet, which is a tributary of river Musi. The Nagarguda bridge turned into a picnic spot as people flocked to it to witness the flood fury of the Esi rivulet.

Esi's flow at Devarampally and Tanguturu also increased, creating fears among locals of a possible flooding.
