Newlywed dies of suspected heart attack five days after marriage in Chittoor
The groom fell ill at his in-laws' house and passed away while receiving treatment at a private clinic.
HYDERABAD: A newlywed groom passed away just five days after his marriage in Chitoor district.
The deceased, Karthik (28), from Vengasandra, Karnataka, had married Bhavani, a resident of Kollupalli, Ramakuppam Mandal in Chittoor district, five days ago.
After the wedding celebrations concluded, the relatives went back to their homes. On the fifth day of the marriage, Karthik and his wife visited her parents' house. Shortly after arriving, Karthik began to feel unwell and sought treatment at a local private clinic. Unfortunately, he passed away while receiving treatment.
Although many suspect that Karthik suffered a heart attack, his family raised concerns, accusing the clinic of negligence. They claimed that Karthik was suffering from a simple gastric issue but did not receive proper medical care, leading to his death.
Upon learning about the incident, Karthik’s family staged a protest outside the hospital, blaming the doctors for his death. The police arrived at the scene, calmed the situation, and registered a case to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
