NTV reporter washed away in floods in Raikal

HYDERABAD: In an incident at Raikal of Jagityal, a news channel reporter who was on his way to cover the flood situation in the area was washed away in the floods.

NTV Reporter Zameer and Syed Riyaz Ali went to Bornapalli village of Raikal mandal in a swift Desire Car and were returning to Jagtial by navigation.

However, when they reached Ramajipet village they rerouted from the main road. They were travelling from Ramajipet SC Colony to Boopathipur SC Colony. They tried to cross the road on which heavy flow of the water from the bridge was flowing, washing the car away.

Syed Riyaz Ali managed to escape and ran into the village but Reporter Zameer went missing.
