KESLAPUR: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy declared the implementation of two more guarantees at Keslapur of Indravelli mandal in Adilabad district on Friday.

Addressing women's self-help groups at the Nagoba temple Darbar hall the Chief Minister said that very soon senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi would launch the Rs 500 gas cylinder scheme in the presence of over one lakh women.

“Women often end up paying power bills while the men spend that money at the belt shops. So the Congress Government has decided to give you free power up to 200 units based on your last year’s power consumption,” Revanth Reddy said.

He then handed over a Rs 60 crore bank linkage cheque to benefit 12,000 women at Keslapur.

Earlier, the Chief Minister offered prayers at the newly developed Nagoba temple. Later he met with women from self-help groups at the temple Darbar hall.
